Eligibility and Medical Clearance
Scheduling or purchasing a service does not guarantee that treatment will be provided. Services are subject to appropriate medical screening, applicable clinical protocols, contraindications, and authorization or orders when required.
A healthcare professional may postpone, modify, or decline a service when treatment is determined to be medically inappropriate or when necessary information or medical clearance has not been obtained.

Appointments and Mobile Services
Appointment availability is subject to scheduling and clinical availability. For mobile appointments, clients are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment in which services can be performed.
The VIBE Wellness Lounge reserves the right to decline or discontinue a mobile visit when the environment presents safety, clinical, or professional concerns.

 

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Appointments are subject to The VIBE Wellness Lounge’s current cancellation and rescheduling policy. Applicable deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, package terms, and refund conditions will be disclosed during booking or purchase.

Individual experiences and responses vary. Purchasing or receiving a service does not guarantee any particular wellness, cosmetic, performance, or other result.
